Allen contacted us with a simple mission: "Let's get Tiffany to marry me." He was unfamiliar with the area so we suggested taking her on a nice fall date in beautiful Old Town Alexandria. It wasn't until the reached a gazebo at the end of a pier where Allen made his move. We were off in the distance waiting at the end of the pier and ran up as he descended onto his knee.
